1. 「堅韌同行系列 – 親子滿FUN打油詩創作大賽」（下稱本比賽）由教育局（下稱主辦機構）主辦，「非凡市場策劃及推廣有限公司」為是次指定比賽服務承辦商（下稱承辦商）。 Family Resilience Series: Parent-Child FUNtastic Free Verse Challenge (referred to as “the Competition”) is organised by the Education Bureau of HKSAR (referred to as “the Organiser”), and “Charism Marketing Solutions Limited” is the designated service provider (referred to as “the Service Provider”).
2. 凡報名參加本比賽，即被視為已細閱並同意以下的條款及細則，並受其約束。By registering for the Competition, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
3. 本比賽的報名及作品遞交截止日期為香港時間2025年10月31日，逾期或資料不全之登記均會被當作無效。 Application and entry submission of the Competition will be closed on 31 October 2025 Hong Kong time. Late applications outside the period or application with incomplete information provided will be considered invalid.
4. 所有學校組別均可以親子形式參與，參加人數上限為4人。家長可與於2025/26學年就讀幼稚園、小學或中學（包括特殊學校）的子女參加活動。幼稚園組必須以親子形式參加；小學組和中學組則可以學生個人或親子形式參加。公開組參賽者可以個人或小組形式參與，小組參加人數上限為4人。參賽者必須為年滿18歲或以上的香港居民。 The competition welcomes parent-child participation from all three school groups, and the number of participants for each parent-child entry is limited to four. Parents can team up with their children enrolled in kindergartens, primary schools or secondary schools (including special schools) in the 2025/26 school year. Parent-child participation is mandatory for the Kindergarten Group. For the Primary Group and Secondary Group, students may choose to join individually or in the form of parent-child participation. In the Open Group, participants may choose to join individually or in the form of team participation, with the number of participants for each team entry limited to four. Participants in the Open Group must be Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above.
5. 每位參加者只限遞交一份參賽作品，否則將被取消參賽資格。所有參賽作品一經遞交，不能修改或發還。Each participant may submit only one entry, failure to comply will be disqualified. Submitted entries cannot be modified and will not be returned to the participants.
6. 參賽作品必須符合參賽主題，否則會被取消參賽資格。The entries must conform to the theme of the Competition; failing which, the participant will be disqualified.
7. 如有任何因電腦或網路等技術原因，而令主辦機構網頁收到的由參賽者所登錄之資料有遲延、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識或毀損之情況發生，主辦機構不負任何法律責任，參賽者亦不得有任何異議；所有與遞交報名及作品有關之日期及時間（包括但不限於活動期內的日期及時間）均以主辦單位的電腦系統時間紀錄為準。 The Organiser shall not be responsible for any matters arising from or in connection with the submission delay, loss, transmission error, unable to identify or damage of any information of the participants due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer or internet network problems. The Organiser accepts no liability, and participants cannot raise any objection. All dates and times related to the application and entry submission (including but not limited to dates and times within the event period) is subject to the time of the computer system of the Organiser recorded.
8. 參賽者必須確保所提供的所有個人資料均屬真實及正確，且不涉及未經同意的第三方資料。如參賽者所遞交的資料不正確、不實或不完整，該報名申請將被取消。如因參賽者而引致主辦機構或任何第三方遇到潛在索償風險，參賽者須負上一切相關責任。All personal information provided should be clear and valid and do not involve third party personal data. Application submitted by participants shall be regarded as void if any required information on the application form is inaccurate, untrue or incomplete. Participants are responsible for all legal liabilities if it gives rise to a threat of potential claims against the Organiser or third parties involved.
9. 學校組別未滿十八歲的參賽者，必須得到家長或監護人同意。Participants in the school group aged under 18 shall only enter the competition with the consent of their parents/guardians.
10. 參賽作品必須為原創並從未公開發表或參與過其他同類型活動，亦不會侵犯第三者的權利 (包括知識產權、保密權或私隱權)。如有違規，即被取消參賽資格。參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者及／或其家長或監護人承擔，主辦機構概不負責。參賽者及／或其家長或監護人須就全部訴訟、損失、損害賠償、申索、付款要求、開支 (包括律師、代理人及專家證人收取的費用及開銷)，以及為任何研訊程序及任何性質的法律責任達成和解而可能同意支付的償金及訟費，向主辦機構及其授權使用者作出彌償，並使其完全及有效地獲得彌償。 The entry shall be original, unpublished, and not entered for other similar activities and not infringe upon the rights (including intellectual property rights, rights of confidentiality or rights of privacy) of any third parties. Any non-compliance will result in disqualification from entering the competition. In the event that an entry contravenes any laws, all legal liabilities so incurred shall be borne by the participants and/or the parent/guardian of the participants, and the Organiser shall not be held liable. The participants and parents/guardians of the participants concerned shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Organiser and its authorised users fully and effectively against any and all actions, losses, damages, claims, demands, expenses (including the fees and disbursements of lawyers, agents and expert witnesses) and any awards and legal costs which may be agreed to be paid in settlement of any proceedings and liabilities of any nature arising from or incurred by reason of such contravention.
11. 參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素、暴力、色情、不雅、淫褻、粗鄙穢語、影射、誹謗他人的成份，以及任何令人厭惡的語言或行為，且不會違反香港特區的法律。主辦單位有權拒絕或取消與比賽主題和宗旨無關的參賽資格。Entries shall not contain any content that is with commercial and political elements, violent, pornographic, indecent, obscene, foul language, insinuation, defamatory, insulting or controversial language or behaviours and must not violate the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Organiser reserves the right to reject or disqualify entries that are inappropriate and irrelevant to the theme.
12. 主辦機構可隨時對本條款及細則作出修改而毋須另行通知。如有任何爭議，主辦機構將擁有絕對及最終決定權。The Organiser reserve the right to modify and/or supplement these terms and conditions at any time and from time to time without any prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the decision of the Organiser shall be final and absolute on all matters arise.
13. 參賽學校／參賽者明白及同意主辦機構收集個人資料，包括參賽者／負責老師的姓名、電郵地址及聯絡電話，僅作此比賽聯絡、領獎及核實身份之用。主辦機構會於本活動結果公布後6個月內銷毀參賽者／參賽學校提供的個人資料（本比賽按條款及細則於活動網頁及其附屬社交平台公布的資料除外），主辦機構並不會將個人資料轉移予其他第三者（按法律和法例規定除外)。Participating schools/Participants understand and agree that the Organiser collects the personal data, including the name of the participants/teacher-in-charge, email address, contact numbers, will only be used for contacts, prize collection and identity verification for the Competition. The personal information provided by the participants/participating schools will be destroyed within 6 months after the announcement of results (except the information which will be published on the activity website and its social media platform according to the terms and conditions of the Competition). The personal data will not be transferred to third parties (except as required by laws and regulations).
14. 參賽者同意遵守主辦機構對本比賽的所有安排並同意主辦機構擁有最終決定權，包括演繹、更改、取消或暫停比賽及其條款及細則、奬項及其他安排，而不需事先通知。Participants are to abide by the decision of the Organiser on all matters relating to the Competition, which shall be final. This includes the right to interpret, amend, cancel or suspend the Competition and its terms and conditions, prizes and other arrangements without prior notice.
